INTRODUCTION

Sabit Co LLC company determines that this website (hereinafter referred to as the «Site»), including all information, documentation, texts, directories, data, graphic images, means of communication, files, photographs, videos, graphics, music, sounds, software, and services available at the Site (collectively, the «Content») that you may use are subject to the terms and conditions of use set in this document or as amendments to this document (hereinafter referred to as the «Terms of Use»).

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE

Your access to and use of the Site in any way, including the use or download of any Content or simply navigating the Site, confirms your acceptance of the Terms of Use. You have no right to post or distribute to the public, upload to the Site, or download those parts of the Site or Content that (1) infringe in any way the rights of others, including property and trademark rights, (and) are illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable, (2) encourage the behavior leading to offenses, (3) lead to civil liability, or (4) in any way lead to breaking the law. You are solely responsible for deciding whether posting or redistribution would violate the above terms or any government laws. You are solely responsible for the consequences arising from violation of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, or harm caused by the Content that you downloaded, posted, or distributed. You also may not take actions that, in the opinion of Sabit Co LLC, restrict or interfere with visiting the Site, including all public resources.

You may not collect or use for the purpose of spamming information such as email addresses, usernames, or contact information of the Site users.

Some tabs of the Site, such as the download section, require registration. You agree to provide only accurate, complete, and true information about yourself and to update the data from time to time. You may not use a name and attributes that belong to another user, or that violate intellectual property laws, or that are considered offensive by Sabit Software LLC.

The use of some options and all software available on the Site is subject to a separate agreement and/or license. You may not use such options or software unless you comply with the terms of the agreement/license.

Sabit Co LLC reserves the right to request general information about you If you download or purchase software from the Site.

You agree to receive information about the release of updates and new products of Sabit Co LLC as well as advertising information by e-mail as a client of Sabit Co LLC.

Sabit Co LLC will periodically send you information by e-mail regarding new versions or other information related to the purchased product, as well as promotional information. You can refuse this service at any time by following the instructions on the link in the letter, or contact us via the feedback form located on the page with arequest to remove your data from the mailing list. In this case, your information will be stored in the database of Sabit Co LLC, but the company will not send you informational letters until you change your preferences on this issue.

You agree that the feedbacks you leave about the products and services of Sabit Co LLC can be published on the websites of Sabit Co LLC and used for commercial purposes, including in advertising of Sabit Co LLC without your additional consent.

You agree to receive invoices electronically in pdf format. Invoices will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Sabit Co LLC has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Content on the Site, including, without limitation, download sections, in order to control compliance with the Terms of Use and other rules. Sabit Co LLC has the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, delete, or publish the Content provided on the Site. Данные ограничения ответственности действует независимо от того, являются ли предполагаемые гарантии следствием контракта, правонарушений, пренебрежения обязанностями, объективной ответственности и др., даже в случае, если ООО «САБИТ КО» была предупреждена о возможностях такового ущерба. COMPENSATION

You agree to indemnify Sabit Co LLC, its founders, partner companies, their employees, contractors, officials, and directors from claims for reimbursement of costs associated with legal costs arising from your use of the Site in violation of Terms of Use at the request of Sabit Co LLC. Sabit Co LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume defense and control in a case in which you are liable for compensation, if you cooperate with Sabit Co LLC, defending a possible defense position.

INTERNATIONAL USE

Sabit Co LLC does not claim that the Site Content is accessible and suitable for use outside of Ukraine. Access to the Content in territories where the Content is illegal is prohibited. Users who visit the Site from outside Ukraine do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

INCOMPLETENESS AND CONSISTENCE
