Оскільки сам є тренером, то питання вибору навчального курсу для своїх співробітників підходив дуже серйозно. Влад має дар викладача, може захопити, зацікавити і складні речі розповісти простими словами, плюс він дуже відповідально підходить до занять. Трохи не вистачило інформації щодо розрахунку міцності в Caramba, але це й не входило до програми курсу. Результат є, ми змогли навчити спеціаліста для нового напряму роботи. Нині він розвивається сам і може вже навчати інших колег. Курс не дешевий, але вартий кожної витраченої гривні.
