madCAM is a 3D CAM plug-in for Rhino that alows operator to use Rhino for both modeling and toolpath generation All parameters to control madCAM and generated toolpaths are available inside Rhino and stored with your model. madCAM generates a non-collision toolpath with optimal cutting. It used where accuracy and perfect surface smoothness is required. Meant for the CNC operator who need an easy-to-use and efficient system.
Includes all madCAM 3X functions and adds 4-axis milling. By enabling the “axis of rotation” option, you can use all the functions of 3-axis milling for 4-axis milling as well.
Like the 3-axis version, madCAM 4X includes advanced automatic toolpath separation and uses a relatively steep and flat milling strategy.
Supports milling within an area or between one or more smaller areas, and additional features for automatic processing of a user-defined 3D model.
